TRIAL AND APPELLATE ADVOCACY CONCENTRATION: INTERNSHIPS AND CLINICAL PROGRAMS

 All Trial and Appellate Advocacy Concentration students are required to take at least one clinical course or a internship.

  • All clinical offerings qualify to satisfy this requirement.  Particiaption in a clinical program requires application and acceptance during the spring prior to the academic year in which the clinical program will be taken.  Click here for a listing of current Clinical Programs.

  • Internships must be approved by the Internship Director and the Trial and Appellate Advocacy Concentration Faculty Director. Trial and Appellate Advocacy Concentration Internships must include regular client contact to be considered for approval.
