Attorneys with extensive special education experience from each New England state will discuss a broad range of special education issues and approaches to litigation. Topics will include race and special education, students with challenging behaviors, and systemic litigation on a wide range of topics. Attend this course and learn litigation strategies as well as tips and tactics for Due Process Hearings. Learn how to best work with experts and how to interpret evaluations and reports.

This course is geared toward an attorney with experience in special education. However, it should prove invaluable for attorneys and advocates of all levels of experience who work with juveniles. Please join your colleagues from five states in this rare opportunity to share knowledge and tactics on issues raised in representing students with disabilities.
