Law of Probation - A substantive presentation of the law of probation and probation revocation
Attend and Learn:
- The tactics and tips on how to defend and advocate for continued release of your client
- The ins & outs of working with probation officers
- How to avoid conditions of probation that your client can not meet;
- How to work with probation to avoid revocation hearings even if your client is not fully in compliant with the terms
- What are the alternatives to formal probation? (school programs, etc)
- What is community service? What can it include?
- Juvenile Roundtable- What is the role of the probation officer? What is the purpose and kind of information exchanged?
- What does it mean when the probation officer is in the field?
