As a family law practitioner you need to be aware of the latest issues impacting the field of domestic relations law to better serve your clients. Even though you may not have encountered some of these issues yet, they represent the future. Contemporary Issues and Solutions in Domestic Relations Law presents twelve experienced family law teachers at Massachusetts law schools who will share their thoughts and ideas about current cutting-edge issues in domestic relations practice.

The dialogue format used in this program will provide an opportunity for both the faculty and attendees to participate in the shared experience of discussing the resolution of issues which are increasingly coming before our family law courts. Each member of the program faculty has chosen a topic, which on the basis of their experience, they judge to be most useful for discussion, and which reflects their particular expertise. The dialogue will illustrate various aspects and applications of each topic, and will provide useful insights to attendees.

Who Should Attend:
This program is suitable for attorneys and judges with litigation, negotiation and mediation experience in the field of family law.
