This training program, created by Michael Bertty, ADR Coordinator of the New York District Office of the EEOC, and Professor Arthur Matthews of the Industrial Labor Relations School at Cornell University, has contributed to the EEOC having one of the highest mediation success rates in the country.

If you are interested in participating in this program, please enroll by October 1, 2002. Enrollment is limited to 30 students.

Costs for participating in the training program are $300. Costs cover continental breakfast, lunch and course book for the program.
