You've heard the adage innumerable times: "the secret to creating a more successful practice is not to work harder but to work smarter." This is easier said then done of course, particularly for the solo or small practitioner. Unlike our "mega-firm" counterparts, we must be immersed in each and every nuance of both practicing law and running a business. Small office resources are often limited and the opportunity to delegate, even a minor detail, is an uncommon luxury. These never ending demands on time and energy can eventually lead to burnout and the practice of "crisis law"--constantly putting out fires rather than moving your practice ahead in a planned, organized and profitable manner.

Attend this seminar and learn how to "work smarter." Profit from both the successes and past misadventures of experienced practitioners who have "been there, done that" and thrived in an ever more competitive legal environment. The program's intimate and interactive format ensures that your specific concerns about your practice can be addressed in a comprehensive and substantive manner.

Attend and Learn:
  • How do you determine your billing rate?
  • Ideas for marketing in the 21st century
  • How to run the business part of your practice better
  • How to decide what to charge for services
