Registration Information

If you are unable to travel to Boston, we invite you to participate in the live webcast. You will have access to the course materials and be able to see and hear the presentations as if you were in the room. All necessary software is free.

If you participate on the day of the Markman course, you will be able to email questions to the presenters. If you miss any of the live presentation, you will have access to the archived online course, which will be available for at least three months. Tuition:  

Tuition for the webcast is $249; $199 for Suffolk alumni, attorneys admitted to the Bar after 2003 and BPLA members. Please register before October 13 to guarantee a copy of the course book and allow sufficient time to establish a user account prior to the webcast. Centennial Scholarships, which provide a $100 discount off the regular tuition for our programs, are available to any attorney or professional employed in public service, or unable to afford the tuition. Walk-Ins:  

Because the online course is a virtual classroom, capacity is not limited.



Refunds:  

Requests for cancellations received via fax or email 24 hours prior to the program will be granted a refund, minus a $15 charge.

The MCLE rules for accrediting online CLE courses vary by state. Please refer to your accrediting MCLE board to determine if you may take this course for CLE credit.
