Overview of national raids in immigration legislation and report on trends in national and local immigration raids.

II. Real Life Accounts-The New Bedford Raid
Discussion of real life accounts of the immigration raid in New Bedford, MA

III. Aftermath of the Raids-Legal Challenges and Community Responses
Discussion of what legal challenges have been brought on behalf of immigrant workers in Federal Court and what claims individuals workers have pursued in Immigration Court. Discussion of lessons learned, how communities are responding to and preparing for such raids, and what collaborations are being built for the future.
