His areas of expertise include valuation of closely held businesses in the context of a marital dissolution, shareholder or partner dissolution/oppression actions, bankruptcy, personal injury, wrongful death or termination, business loss, embezzlement and fraud. He qualifies as an expert witness on valuation matters in New York Supreme, Nassau Supreme, Suffolk Supreme and Westchester Supreme Courts, and has been called upon by the courts to serve as a neutral Expert.
