Internship Opening

• The Legal Counsel’s Office of a major local consumer electronics company is seeking an intern for the fall 2006 semester.  The intern must enroll in the Legal Internship Program for law school credit in order to participate in this internship.  Interest in transactional, intellectual property, international and corporate law preferred.  Must be a self starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities based on business needs.

• The office is located within 20 miles west of Boston and is not accessible by public transportation.  Interested students should submit cover letter and resume to Bernadette Feeley, Associate Clinical Professor, in the Legal Internship Office, Room 165, by Friday, July 28, 2006. 

Internship Opening

• Boston Stock Exchange - There is an opening for a legal intern at the Boston Stock Exchange for the fall, 2006 semester. The intern will mainly assist in corporate
  finance work (such as reviewing financial reports, registration statements, 8-Ks, etc.) and other matters including certain governance, member services and communications items.

• This is a for-credit internship and students must enroll in the Legal Internship
  Program to participate. Twenty hours per week is preferable.
