INTERNATIONAL LAW CONCENTRATION : LEGAL WRITING REQUIREMENT

Students must satisfy the Concentration writing requirement either by completing an International Law Thesis supervised by a full-time faculty member or by meeting the Law School's legal writing requirement in connection with an approved International Law Concentration course. The Concentration writing requirement can also be satisfied by membership on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, but no preference will be given to International Law concentrators in team selection. Writing accepted for publication by The Suffolk Transnational Law Review or an equivalent academic journal may also satisfy the Concentration writing requirement if a full-time faculty member certifies the writing as meeting the legal writing requirement and the writing addresses an international topic.
