Global Science and Technology Management
Mr. Jerry Cohen
2 credits day; 2 credits evening.

The course covers legal underpinnings of multi-national cooperative scientific research and technology development and exploitation, regulatory controls, contract issues, perfection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, government and private financing and return on investment and exit strategies, outsourcing, treaty structures, licensing and public health and welfare issues.
