New York Practice and Procedure
Mr.     TBA
2 credits day; 2 credits evening.

Examines in detail local practice and procedure rules of the State of New York. This course is offered at the New England School of Law during the spring semester only.

This course will be letter graded.

  Meets Civil Litigation Concentration Requirements

  Final Exam Required
