Law students will be introduced to fundamental transactional skills such as client interviewing and counseling, negotiation and drafting. By exposure to real life business client problems students will have the opportunity to operate as co-advisors and lawyers. Students will work throughout the semester in conjunction with MBA students on organizational, governance, strategic and related business and legal problems confronted by all business clients. Law students will be assigned readings that will enable them to function effectively as members of an advisory team. Those teams, composed of one law student and three business students each, will work throughout the semester with the same client, culminating in client presentations at the end of the semester.
