ADJUNCT LAW FACULTY

John Reinstein has served as the Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts since 1971. He has previously taught a course in civil liberties litigation as a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Law School. Attorney Reinstein has served on numerous bar association committees regarding individual rights and responsibilities.

Attorney Reinstein will co-teach Litigating Federal and State Constitutional Claims with Judge Nancy Gertner during the Spring 2009 semester.
