William J. Delaney is a partner in the Providence, Rhode Island firm of Delaney and DeMerchant, where he chairs the firm’s Commercial and Insolvency Department. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, banking law, commercial law, and corporate law. He has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Western New England College School of Law and Roger Williams University School of Law. Mr. Delaney has the following degrees: an A.B. from the University of Notre Dame, an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, and an LL.M. in American Banking Law Studies from Boston University School of Law. He is teaching a course on Emerging Companies at Suffolk University Law School.
