Ericka Gray’s area of academic interest is dispute resolution. She has been a dispute resolution professional since 1985, was the Executive Director of innovative Multi-Door Courthouses in both NJ and MA, and served as the Director of Professional Services, Regional Training Director, and Senior Mediator for JAMS Boston. She was the Executive Director of the Academy of Family Mediators, a professional association for mediators that merged to become the Association for Conflict Resolution, and has since been in private practice with her own company, DisputEd. Ms. Gray is a licensed psychologist who has taught and lectured widely in dispute resolution nationally and internationally. She is also on the faculty of Boston College Law School and Northwestern University.
