Stephen R. McNaught has been a member of the adjunct law faculty at Suffolk since 1996. He is the Senior Partner at the Law Offices of Stephen R. McNaught in Stoneham, where he practices as a trial attorney in the areas of insurance defense, workers compensation and personal injury. Prior to entering legal practice he was President of the Board of Amerimail Corporation and was employed as a National Marketing Manager for the Electric Mutual/ Electric Insurance Group. Mr. McNaught has also worked for the Commercial Union Insurance Cos. as an underwriter, an Assoc. Director of Personal Lines Actuarial, and the National Director of Personal Lines Marketing. He was a contributing editor to Selected Alphabetical References To Topics in Evidence (Federal), Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (89-613), Library of Congress No: 88-62004, authored by John J. McNaught USDC ret. He is also a faculty member in the yearly Deposition Practice Seminar conducted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. Mr. McNaught is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys. He received a BSBA from Boston College, and an MBA and JD from Suffolk.
