Philip C. Kaplan is a professor of Legal Research and Writing in the Legal Practice Skills Department at Suffolk University Law School, in Boston, Massachusetts. Professor Kaplan is also an adjunct Assistant Professor in the law department at Bentley College. He has also taught as an adjunct in the Department of Sociology at Northeastern University and at New Hampshire College. Professor Kaplan was associated full time with the Law Offices of Colette Manoil, in Boston, Massachusetts, from 1988-1997. Professor Kaplan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in the Federal District of Vermont. Professor Kaplan has been a guest lecturer to Bankruptcy Law Classes at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, and for the VISA Bankruptcy Reduction Program, at their conference in Irving, Texas. He has also lectured for other banking and attorney groups.
