Marc Leduc


 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Marc Leduc is a counsel in the Banking and Leveraged Finance Group at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where he represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. Mr. Leduc's practice is focused on syndicated debt financings, asset-based and multinational credit facilities and domestic and international debt workouts, restructurings and bankruptcies. Mr. Leduc holds a Bachelor's Degree in finance and philosophy from Boston College and received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana. He will teach Secured Transactions at the law school.
