Mary Sawicki

 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Attorney Sawicki was the Chief of the Child Abuse Prosecution Unit in the Worcester County, MA District Attorneys Office for 15 years. In her twenty three year career as a prosecutor, Attorney Sawicki handled a variety of major felonies involving abuse of children and persons with disabilities. After her career as a prosecutor, Attorney Sawicki became a Senior Attorney at the National District Attorneys Association’s National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse in Alexandria, VA. In that position, Attorney Sawicki travelled nationally to train prosecutors, law enforcement, medical personnel and social service workers on a variety of child abuse issues. Attorney Sawicki is the recipient of the 2004 Massachusetts Bar Association Access to Justice Prosecutor Award.
