Arthur Fulman practices in the areas of business, banking, real estate, estate planning, probate, and municipal law. He has been active in municipal government affairs for over thirty years. During that period Mr. Fulman has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Conservation Commission, Board of Health, Finance Committee, Board of Selectmen, and most recently, on the Concord Municipal Light Board.
Mr. Fulman is a graduate of Colby College and Georgetown University Law Center. Following law school graduation, he worked in the United States Senate, for the Department of Housing and Urban Development and as a lobbyist for Civil Liberties-Civil Rights issues. Mr. Fulman has taught at Suffolk Law School since 2001.
