Brian Hurley is a director with the law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster in Boston and head of the firm’s litigation practice. Mr. Hurley concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate related litigation including land use and title matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hurley clerked for Judge John E. Fenton of the Massachusetts Trial Court and later served as trial/defense counsel in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps.
Mr. Hurley has lectured for MCLE, the American Land Title Association and other real estate groups on a variety of real estate litigation topics. He has served as a member of the Town of Milton Zoning Board of Appeals and as a trustee of the Vineyard Open land Foundation.
