Paul H. Merry is a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and served recently for some two years as general counsel to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the state agency charged with enforcing Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws. He also serves as president of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute. Mr. Merry is the author of a number of articles relating to employment law, and a frequent presenter at continuing legal education programs relating to discrimination law and employment law generally. He lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter. Mr. Merry's law office is independent and not affiliated with any other law firm.
