Mr. Moldave is a partner at Gesmer Updegrove, where he advises clients in the technology industry, including emerging software companies in the internet and enterprise software area, investors in technology companies, and individual executives, authors and consultants, focusing on the areas of intellectual property licensing transactions and corporate and securities law. Previously, he worked
for Apple Computer, Inc. handling federal securities law compliance and legal aspects of corporate finance transactions and technology joint ventures.
