Center for Hazardous Materials Research/National Environmental Technology Applications Corporation (CHMR/NETAC), 1990-1993, General Counsel and Vice President for International Projects. Coordination of international programs for clients in Bulgaria, Canada, Poland, Czech and Slovak Republics, Indonesia, Russia, Japan, China, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Venezuela. Lectures in the US and internationally in a variety of environmental management issues related to business operations and transactions, pollution prevention, environmental audits and assessments, environmental permitting, environmental technology development, application and transfer, regulatory compliance, cleanup standards, and worker health and safety.
