Shailini Jandial George
Professor of Legal Writing

 S H O R T   B I O G R A P H Y

Professor George graduated from Boston College Law School in 1993, and from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1990 with a degree in Finance and International Business. At Boston College Law School, Professor George was a Civil Procedure Tutor and Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Professional Ethics and Lawyering class, and was a member of the Boston College Jessup International Moot Court Team. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Professor George clerked for the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts. Before joining Suffolk Law School, Professor George was a senior associate at the law firm of Ryan, Coughlin & Betke, LLP, where she specialized in insurance defense litigation. At Ryan, Coughin & Betke, LLP, Professor George represented individuals and businesses in all aspects of litigation, including preparation of discovery, depositions, court hearings, and trials.
