Since many seniors will be using the Library and/or attending bar review sessions in this building, January and May 2013 graduates have the opportunity to continue using assigned lockers after graduation, provided this form is completed and returned to the Registrar's Office no later than February 1, 2013 for January 2013 graduates and May 15, 2013 for May 2013 graduates.

By completing and submiting this form by the due dates noted above, I will have continued access to my locker until 12:00 noon on Friday, March 1st for January 2013 graduates and Thursday August 1st for May 2013 graduates. I understand that any items remaining in my assigned locker after 12:00 noon on March 1st for January Graduates or August 1st for May 2013 Graduates will be removed by the Facilities Department and will no longer be available to me.
