Mission Statement
The Journal of Health
& Biomedical Law will strive to advance Suffolk University
Law School’s
commitment to academic distinction in the challenging, fast-paced and
rapidly expanding field of Health and Biomedical Law. It is the Journal’s
mission to: provide its editors and staff with an opportunity to contribute
to this ever-expanding area of law; expand the base of health and
biomedical legal resources; provide a much needed publication to the
technology, health and biomedical industries in the greater-Boston area;
and to make available a comprehensive, peer and student-reviewed, academic
publication for health and legal students, professionals and academics.
