Suffolk University Law School's Legal Studies Research Paper Series (part of the Legal Scholarship Network on SSRN) contains abstracts and papers developed by the faculty of the Law School that are focused on scholarly research. The series includes published articles, accepted articles, and working papers.

When submitting a paper by e-mail, please include the following:
- an abstract,
- keywords,
- information about where the paper has been published or accepted (if applicable),
- JEL codes (optional - see list), and
- the names of other SSRN journals to which you would like the paper submitted (optional - see list).
