LEGAL STUDIES RESEARCH PAPER SERIES

Suffolk University Law School's Legal Studies Research Paper Series (part of the Legal Scholarship Network on SSRN) contains abstracts and papers developed by the faculty of the Law School that are focused on scholarly research. The series includes published articles, accepted articles, and working papers.

Please direct questions about the series to its co-editors, Professor Carter Bishop (cbishop@suffolk.edu) and Professor Charles Kindregan (ckindreg@suffolk.edu).

To submit a paper to the series, or if you have any questions about the submission process, please contact Rick Buckingham, Legal Reference Librarian, at extension 8605 or ssrnlaw@suffolk.edu.

When submitting a paper by e-mail, please include the following:

  • an abstract,
  • keywords,
  • information about where the paper has been published or accepted (if applicable),
  • JEL codes (optional - see list), and
  • the names of other SSRN journals to which you would like the paper submitted (optional - see list).

If you have questions about when to post a working paper to SSRN, Bernie Black (law professor at the University of Texas and managing director of SSRN) has some thoughts on the matter at http://prawfsblawg.blogs.com/prawfsblawg/2007/06/bernie_black_wh.html.
