Follow Rule 16.5

Author (if available), Newspaper Section (if available), Title, Publication, Date, Location

For newspaper locations, use the first page or section in which it occurs. Do not pinpint cite beyond the first page. If it is unclear which part of the newspaper the source is from or the publishing location add the appropriate information. Underline the title.

For example:

Tom Parfitt, 'Father of the Turkmen' dies 66, Guardian Newspaper (London), December 21, 2006, at A1.

See also consecutively paginated periodicals.
