LEGAL RESEARCH COMPETITION RULES

Only Suffolk University Law School students registered for spring 2012 classes are eligible to participate. Each student may submit one answer sheet.

All submissions must be received by 6pm on Monday, April 23, 2012. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. Answer sheets must be submitted by e-mail attachment to lawref@suffolk.edu. The Moakley Law Library is not responsible for technical problems that cause submissions to not be received on time or not be in a readable format.

Answer sheets must be in the form of a word processing document (for example Word) and have a separate cover page with the student’s name, e-mail address, and Suffolk student ID number.

Each student must work on the questions individually and without assistance. The law school’s rules and regulations on academic integrity apply to the competition (see http://www.law.suffolk.edu/offices/deanofstu/handbook/regs/rule2.cfm#F).

All submissions will be judged by Moakley Law Library reference librarians. The decisions of the judges are final.
