DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT

Suffolk University Law School will provide diploma replacements upon request in instances where the original diploma was lost or when a name change has occured.

To request a replacement diploma please provide the following information:
  • Name as it should appear on the diploma
  • Degree received (LL.B, JD, LLM)
  • Year of Graduation
  • Honors received
  • Email
  • Signature (required)
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • notarized affidavit attesting to loss of original diploma
  • OR

  • legal documentation certifying name change
    (original diploma must be returned)
The fee for diploma replacement is $10 payable to Suffolk University Law School Requests for diploma replacements should be sent to:

Replacement Diploma processing usually occur within two to three weeks of receipt and the new diploma will be sent by certified mail to the address provided.
