Degree received (JD, LLM)
Alumni/Student ID#
Transcript Recipient
Recipient’s complete address
Number of transcripts needed
Signature required
All transcripts are issued without charge and will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Any questions regarding transcript requests should be directed to the Law School Registrar’s Office at 617-573-8160.
*Graduates may request a transcript through an on-line process on Campus Cruiser
