Requests should include the following information
Name
*Date of Graduation
Degree received (JD, LLM)
Alumni/Student ID# or social security number (for identification purposes only)
Transcript Recipient
Recipient’s complete address
Number of transcripts needed
Signature required
All transcripts are issued without charge and will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
Any questions regarding transcript requests should be directed to the Law School Registrar’s Office at

*2004 and 2005 Graduates may request a transcript through an on-line
