| Refund Policy |
| |
| The last day for text refunds is generally two weeks after the start of the semester; check with a store employee for the specific date. Textbooks purchased after this date must be returned within 24 hours for a full refund. Law reference materials (study aids) may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of the date purchased. Textbooks and study aids purchased during the last two weeks of a term or during finals are not returnable. All other merchandise (with the exception of magazines, cards, software, audio products, clearance merchandise, and special orders- which are always final sales) may be returned for a full refund within two weeks of the date purchased. All returns require a receipt and the item must be in the original purchase condition. Purchases made by personal check will have a store credit issued, which can be used immediately or redeemed for cash after a two week waiting period.

| Book Buy Back Policy |
| |
| Although the bookstore buys back books year round, the bookstore pays 50% of the purchase price for the books only during the half price buying periods which begin at finals and end two weeks prior to the start of the new semester. During the half price buying periods the bookstore will pay 50% of the purchase price for books in good condition that have been ordered for the upcoming fall or spring semester. Current wholesale prices, as determined by the used book wholesaler, will be offered for books which have not been ordered and/or at times other than the half price buying periods.
Books will not be bought back if pages and/or covers are missing, the binding is damaged, the book is overly highlighted or is an old edition.
Books containing annual supplements or that are sold as part of a package often will not be bought back, depending on the time of year and circumstances. The bookstore reserves the right to determine quality, quantity, and price. A valid license or Student ID is required to sell books.
