OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS : EVENTS SCHEDULING ROOM RESERVATIONS - EXTERNAL

Rooms can be reserved by contacting the appropriate office below or by sending (via fax or mail) a formal, written request on your letterhead. Your written request must: describe your organization and its mission; state the purpose of your event; list the type and size of space requested; indicate the date, time and approximate number of guests at your event; and finally list any speakers, performers, films or programs that will be part of your event.

Located on the 1 st floor of Sargent Hall, this room provides easy accessibility for guests.

Room is equipped with LCD projector, screen, audio and video system
