1. Submit documentation to the Disability Compliance Officer in the Dean of Students Office located in the Deans Suite on the 4th floor of Sargent Hall no later than 60 days prior to the beginning of the examination period for each semester, and 30 days prior to summer session examinations.
2. Meet with Disability Compliance Officer to discuss documentation and individual requests for classroom and exam accommodations.
3. If approved for accommodations, complete the Accommodation Request Form during the approval meeting with the Disability Compliance Officer. Please note that accommodations are not automatically set up for each course or for each semester. Students must submit requests on a semester by semester basis.
