| The University Counseling Center (Department of Psychological Services)
helps students function more effectively by assisting them in defining
and achieving their personal and academic goals. The Counseling Center
facilities and programs are offered without charge to full time students,
faculty, administration, and alumni. |

| Among the services offered to law students are the following: |

Individual and group counseling related to personal concerns,
academic adjustment and career exploration.

Administration and interpretation of interest, and personality
tests to assist students in the process of exploring and defining
career goals.
Maintenance of a career/education print and video library.

Individual and group consultations designed to help improve
the learning environment at the Law School.

| Strict confidentiality of records and counseling relationships
is maintained at all times. No information concerning any persons'
counseling relationship shall be shared unless a written release
is obtained from that person. |

| The Counseling Center is accredited by the International Association
of Counseling Services ("IACS"). The Counseling Center’s Internship
Program in Professional Psychology is approved by the American Psychological
Association ("APA") and by the Association of Pre- and Post-Doctoral
Psychology Internship Centers ("APPIC"). |
