PROBLEMS WITH THE BUILDING

General Information

Any problems with the building, including, but not limited to temperature issues, lighting problems, leaks, and carpet stains, spills or tears should be reported to Janine LaFauci, Director of Support Services in Room 270C (phone: 617-573-8131, internally ext. 8131; email: jlafauci@suffolk.edu).

Please note: Janitorial Services requests (vacuuming or shampooing carpet) may be made through directly to the Facilities Office (http://www.suffolk.edu/offices/4635.html; click on "Janitorial Request").

Also note: Each office is equipped with a Kitchenette, Microwave and small refrigerator. The support staff and/or Janitorial Services (American Building Maintenance) are not responsible to clean these areas or wash dishes/mugs, therefore we ask that those who choose to use these areas please keep them clean.


Keys

Each employee is given a key to their assigned suite, interior office and to the appropriate employee restroom. Keys for other areas will not be assigned to any individual without Dean’s approval.

If you have lost/misplaced keys, please submit a request for replacement to Janine LaFauci, Director of Support Services, at jlafauci@suffolk.edu. Please include the exact office/suite number.

For security purposes, if keys to secure areas or shared spaces are lost or stolen replacement of the entire mechanism may be required.


Office Furnishings

If furniture is in need of repair/replacement, please contact Janine LaFauci, Director of Support Services, in writing by hard copy (to Room 270C) or by email (to jlafauci@suffolk.edu). Please specify item, problem and exact location when sending request.
