Each employee is assigned a D-Term telephone with caller identification, speakerphone
and conference calling (up to 3 parties) capability.
In general, phone lines have a main line (your extension) and a "virtual" line. If

line (and a red blinking light will appear on the 2nd gray button of your phone). If
there is no answer on either the main line or virtual line after three rings, the caller
will automatically be transferred to your voicemail. When you have a new voicemail
message, a red light will appear on the top right side of the telephone. (See "Voicemail
System," for information on retrieving messages).
