Students who are unable to sit for an examination due to illness, death in family, etc, must contact the Dean of Students at 617-573-8157. Students may not contact the Faculty member.

Students having 3 examinations within a 48 hour period may file an Examination Reschedule Request form to reschedule one of the examinations. Each examination period examination schedule will reflect a number of make up dates. Rescheduled examinations will be scheduled on the closest make up date to the missed examination. Reschedule forms should be submitted by April 20, 2007.
