| ID Cards |
|
Each student is issued a Suffolk Law School ID card. You may obtain one from the Suffolk Police located on the first floor of Sargent Hall. You must have your Suffolk ID to gain access to the computer lab. The lab is reserved for law students and law alumni only.

| Food & Cell Phones |
|
Food, drinks (including spill proof containers) and cell phones are not permitted in the computer lab.
|

| Printing |
|
Printing is free, but please do not use the printer as a copy machine. Westlaw & Lexis searches must be printed to the designated stand-alone printer. If printouts are not picked up within 24 hours, they will be kept on file for one week. After such time, printouts will be discarded.

44 HP Computers with Windows 7, 3 MAC Computers with Snow Leopard, 6 HP LaserJets, 2 dedicated for laptop printing, 1 HP Scanner, Microsoft Office, Email, IE, Westlaw & Lexis

| Notebook Computing |
|
All registered Suffolk students are eligible for special pricing through HP if you wish to purchase a PC/laptop or Apple if you would prefer a MacBook.

| Help Desk |
|
The Law School Help Desk provides technology services to all registered Law School students and alumni. Technology resources available include:
• Email Troubleshooting
• Wired and wireless network access
• Printing including laptop printing
• Scanner services
• Laptop troubleshooting including laptop certification and exam software
• Available software for registered students includes: Microsoft Office 2007 and Symantec Antivirus
• Technology guides
• Blackboard
