LAPTOP PRINTING A dedicated laptop printer is located in the Computer Lab (Room 655). Please do NOT print Westlaw or Lexis materials. Use their dedicated printers instead.
1) Download and unzip the HP Universal Driver for 32bit or 64bit. 2) Browse to your control panel and click printers and faxes. 3) Click add printer, click next. 4) Click local printer attached to this computer. Leave the other options blank. Click Next. 5) Click create a new port. Select Standard TCP/IP Port from the dropdown menu. Click Next. 6) Click Next. 7) In Printer Name or IP type: 10.16.10.23. 8) Click Finish. 9) With the HP Universal Print Driver installed click Have Disk. 10) Browse to the following path: C:\HP Universal Print Driver v5.0.3 for Windows - PCL 6 11) Click Next 12) Under Printer name type Law Laptop 13) Click No to print a test page and click next. 15) Click Finish.

Type of port: choose standard TCP/IP Port. Click Next. 7) Device Type: Choose TCP/IP Device. Hostname or IP address: type 10.16.10.23 Port name should read: 10.16.10.23 Click Next. 8) HP Laserjet 9000 should automatically appear. Select this printer as your default printer. Click Next. 9) Click Finish.
1) Go to System Preferences 2) Under Hardware click Print & Fax 3) Click + 4) Click on IP tab 5) In the Address Box type: 10.16.10.23 6) Click Add
